I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by life experiences they have not fully processed. Many come in struggling with overthinking, burnout, grief, trauma, family stress, or relationship conflict. Others feel exhausted from holding everything together while silently struggling inside. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and better understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we build coping tools, improve communication, heal patterns, strengthen confidence, and create lasting change that feels manageable daily.
