I help teens navigate life's biggest challenges. I work especially well with those who consider themselves "high achievers", yet struggle with making the "right" decisions. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, getting into fights with friends, or having trouble adjusting to the demands of school, we can dive deep to understand the thoughts and feelings that can make life so challenging. I know being a teen today is no easy task. Bouncing between the commitments of school, family, and friends is hard enough, even without the added pressure you're putting on yourself.
