As a Registered Psychologist (Alberta & Yukon), I offer a confidential and accepting environment to safely explore your therapy goals. My ideal clients are adults and adolescents (aged 12+) that may be struggling with trauma/negative experiences, ADHD, and anxiety, as well as Learning Disabilities, identity, healthy relationships, or grief/loss. I love to help clients develop meaningful coping strategies and process their experiences, so that they can get to living their best life!
