My ideal clients are preteens, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Many come to therapy struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficult past experiences. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical tools for change. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, connected, and empowered in their daily lives.
