I help children, teens, and parents navigate anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, family transitions, and difficult life experiences through play therapy, counselling, and parent support. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Play Therapist, I specialize in helping children express feelings they may not yet have words for through play, while offering teens a space to talk openly, build insight, and make sense of their experiences. I commonly support anxiety (including OCD and selective mutism), depression, emotional regulation, school or peer difficulties, trauma, and family conflict.
