Sometimes everything can feel like too much. How do we carry everything that’s happened to us and keep going? How do we process who we were and what we’ve experienced at the same time that we’re trying to grow towards the future? I will help you hold it all as we work through things. My approach is guided by you: the client. Together we will co-create a space that feels safe and expansive, for you to explore at your own pace. Like many people, I live at the intersection of many identities—what are you coming in with? What can we explore together? Therapy offers a space to figure out where you're going and how you want to get there.
