As a Registered Social Worker and a passionate Indigenous Woman, I provide a non-judgemental space in which you can feel free to be your authentic self to explore difficult thoughts and emotions. As unique as every person is, so are the struggles we face. How we process and navigate these experiences is just as unique. Through an integrative trauma-informed approach to therapy, I will assist you in identifying your strengths, overcoming challenges, learning effective coping mechanisms, and working together collectively to bring about positive changes that, in turn, can help to bring you inner peace.
