My heartfelt wish is to create healing spaces where people can grow, to increase joy and connection in their lives. I don't believe therapy has to be hard work. For me, good therapy has felt like a weight lifting from my shoulders, sometimes slowly, but still lifting. Yes, it might feel a little uncomfortable at times, and my goal is to keep the discomfort of growth manageable enough to support forward progress. I'm humbled by my work because it allows me to see the common humanity in all of our struggles.
