If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, that’s completely normal, and you’re not alone. Taking this first step takes courage, and it’s okay to have doubts. I want you to know that therapy isn’t about being "fixed" or judged. Instead, think of it as a safe space where you can be exactly who you are with all your struggles and strengths. You don’t need to have all the answers. My goal is to be a compassionate and curious guide as you explore what's on your mind. We'll move at your own pace, and there will never be any pressure to "get it right."
