What were once heart-breaking conversations the couple did not know how to fix, turn into dialogue around making the relationship better, repairing old hurts, and deepening emotional connection. Whether the conflict stems from poor communication and emotional distance, to trauma, affairs, infertility, or substance use problems, the evidence based treatments can help couples communicate openly and find solutions, or decide it is time to move on.
