I work with individuals 12-30 years old. This includes junior high, high school, college/university students, and post grad individuals. Many of my clients may look like they're doing okay on the outside, but underneath they are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or unsure of themself or their future. Friends and/or family members may have noticed or they just feel it inside that something is off. This can show up as feeling more withdrawn, irritable, stressed, disconnected, unsteady or even lost.
