Parenting is hard, and no matter how much we ask, it doesn’t come with a manual. Childhood anxiety, depression, ADHD, teenage angst and everyday challenges are on the rise and learning where to go for help can be overwhelming. Despite our efforts, the resulting feelings of frustration and despair are very real. I have been there myself and understand that, like with learning any new skill, parenting takes work. Learning tools and applying them consistently while faced with numerous challenges requires support, compassion and gentle guidance. What's important to know is that you are not alone and that there is support available.
