My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, focused on helping you navigate your journey of growth and healing. I bring over 13 years of experience working in mental health as an individual therapist, providing counselling and crisis intervention to both adults and adolescents. I support individuals experiencing low mood, anxiety, negative self-talk, relationship difficulties, trauma, workplace stress, substance misuse, and challenging life transitions. In my work with couples, I help partners repair and strengthen their connection, particularly following periods of conflict or rupture in the relationship.
