I deeply consider your unique experiences in order to support you, reduce harm, improve confidence, and find more calm. I practice from a somatic perspective and offer a multitude of tools for processing. I support clients in finding and understanding their identity and their goals while facilitating action towards self-compassion, gratitude and love. I emphasize a harm-reduction approach to all models of therapy. I work with a wide range of clients, including - but not limited to; neurodivergence (ADHD&ASD), anxiety, spirituality, life transitions, identity struggles, relationship issues, chronic pain and the queer community.
