Welcome—I’m Allison Cordner, a registered clinical counsellor with a focus on trauma healing and emotional reconnection. Many of the clients I work with are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck after difficult life experiences. Using Somatic Experiencing and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), I support individuals in safely accessing their emotions, reconnecting with their bodies, and building the tools they need to feel regulated, grounded, and empowered. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—both with ourselves and with others.
