I bring a wealth of insight and compassion to my therapeutic practice. My approach is client-centred, integrative, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold at a meaningful pace.
