Thanks for stopping by, taking the first step isn't easy. I am a social worker who has been practicing as a therapist for over 15 years. Over the past few years, I have developed a special interest in working with women around their mental health and well-being. Women struggling with high functioning anxiety, mothers juggling to balance work and life as well as women navigating challenges in their marriage and/or family of origin are a few of the presenting concerns my clients often come to me with. It would be a privilege to get to know you & collaborate on how you can move toward living a life that allows you more peace & balance.
