Hi, my name is Alexandra! Attending therapy can be intimidating and uncomfortable for many individuals. My goal is to provide a judgement free space rooted in empathy and respect, where clients feel comfortable coming to counselling and are active participants in the therapeutic process. I strive to help individuals establish a sense of structure in their lives, as well as improve their overall outlook and mindset. I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring that my clients are motivated to establish goals and work towards change.
