Hey there! I'm Alex and I am a registered social worker and trauma therapist. I have always been incredibly passionate about working with trauma and have dedicated my career to gaining knowledge and expertise on how to effectively and safely work with it. My professional background largely involves hospital work in the emergency department, mobile crisis, and outpatient mental health. I have a special interest in supporting fellow healthcare workers and first responders given my own experience working in a high stress environment with frequent trauma exposure.
