My name is Alessia Cerundolo, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) at Measuring What Matters. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You might not have all the words yet—or even know exactly where to start—and that’s okay. I value creating a space that feels grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental. Therapy with me is not about having the “right” things to say, but about being able to show up honestly, at your own pace. I see therapy as a shared process—one where you bring your experiences, and I help guide exploration, understanding, and change.
