I work with teens & adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, attachment, phobias, interpersonal difficulties and overall promoting self-resiliency. Together, we can discover effective strategies to bring lasting changes to your life, and live your most fulfilling life. I also work with couples, fostering deeper understanding and helping them break free from negative patterns.
