Many of the individuals and couples I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, conflict, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Beneath these experiences is often a deeper desire for clarity, connection, and a stronger sense of self. My interest in psychology began early in life. As a child, I found myself fascinated by people, how they think, why they behave the way they do, and how relationships shape our experiences. This curiosity eventually led me to study psychology and work with children with developmental delays and their families.
