Welcome to Connections Psychology, a group of Registered Psychologists and Psychotherapists, who provide quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and parents. Although the importance of mental health is often discussed, it can be hard to navigate knowing when you may benefit from extra support and how to find the right place/person to provide it. Regardless of what brings someone to our services, we prioritize understanding their experience so that we can work collaboratively on a path that feels right to them. We believe that everyone is doing the best they can and may benefit from extra support/guidance.
