Do you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change? Maybe anxiety, depression, or your relationship with alcohol or other substances is starting to concern you. You may function well on the outside, but privately feel blocked, disconnected, or not where you want to be in your life. I work with adults and adolescents who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, but find themselves repeating patterns in relationships, work, or substance use that no longer feel aligned with who they are.
