Drawing from both Western and non-Western healing approaches, I provide culturally responsive therapy that honors your unique story. I integrate CBTm, narrative therapy, and strength-based techniques within an anti-oppressive framework. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and life transitions. Together, we will process emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build resilience.
