I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns they understand but still struggle to change. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who feel emotionally numb, reactive, or frustrated in their relationships. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and collaborative. Therapy is a space to slow things down and understand how past experiences shape the ways you cope, relate, and respond today. We focus on building insight with compassion, so change feels possible rather than overwhelming. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, safe, and non-judgmental.
