I am a Fellow of the Academy for Neurologic Music Therapy and most of my work is focused on the use of music (neurologic music therapy NMT) to help people recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) recover significant aspects of lost abilities (speech and language, cognitive, emotional, and sensory-motor skills. I also have extensive experience in the application of music therapy and music-based psychotherapy to mental health concerns. I have also been extensively involved in music therapy in hospice and palliative care to maximize comfort during end of life care.
