We try to do our best with the life we are given but can still find ourselves feeling stuck. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by hopelessness, uncertainty and stress and how difficult it can be to carry on your own. I support clients who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling secure in their relationships or who know something is wrong but are unsure how to address it. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be seen and heard. Together, we will build awareness, develop coping strategies, and deepen self-understanding to help you take agency in your future and form meaningful relationships.
